ORDERS & SHIPPING
All orders are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our
website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Change/Cancellation of Order
Orders are confirmed only after payment is made. If you would like to cancel or make any changes to your order, please email us at email@example.com. Alternatively, you may contact us through the form under “Contact us”.
Please note that shipping delays may occur for amendments to your order, but we will try our best to minimise this.
Delivery within Singapore is free with a minimum spend of SGD 60. A standard shipping fee of SGD 5.90 will be applied to orders below SGD 60.
Delivery outside of Singapore is free with a minimum spend of SGD 100. A standard shipping fee of SGD 9.90 will be applied to orders below SGD 100. We currently ship to Malaysia, Indonesia and South Korea.
Upon receiving your order confirmation by email, your order should reach you within 3-5 working days.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on public holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Please note that during peak period, deliveries may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time!
Local / International Delivery
We currently offer local delivery within Singapore and overseas shipping to Malaysia, Indonesia and South Korea.
You may track your order at https://easyparcel.com/my/en/track/qxpress/ by keying in the 15-digit tracking number, which can be found in the email sent to you regarding the shipment of your order.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, army camps, hotels, hospitals and most of the islands in Singapore. If you’re unsure, you may drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us through the form under “Contact us”.
After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. We’d be glad to redeliver your order. (Note: Additional redelivery fees will apply.)
