  • How will I know if my order is confirmed?
    You will receive a confirmation email after payment is made.
  • Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
    Orders are confirmed once payment is made. If you would like to cancel or make any changes to your order, please email us at contact@toddlendoodle.com. Alternatively, you may contact us through the form under “Contact us”. Please note that shipping delays may occur for amendments to your order, but we will try our best to minimise this.
  • What are the available payment methods?
    Payment is made directly upon checking out your cart through a credit or debit card.
  • How much is the shipping/delivery fee?
    Delivery within Singapore is free with a minimum spend of SGD 65. A standard shipping fee of SGD 5.90 will be applied to orders below SGD 65. Delivery outside of Singapore is free with a minimum spend of SGD 100. A standard shipping fee of SGD 9.90 will be applied to orders below SGD 100. We currently ship to Malaysia, Indonesia and South Korea.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Upon receiving your order confirmation by email, your order should reach you within 3-5 working days.
  • Do you deliver on weekends?
    We do not deliver on weekends. Delivery is only from Monday to Friday.
  • Do you ship to countries outside of Singapore?
    Yes! We currently ship to Malaysia, Indonesia and South Korea.
  • Are there any restricted areas in Singapore that you do not deliver to?
    We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, army camps, hotels, hospitals, and most of the islands in Singapore. If you’re unsure, you may drop us an email at contact@toddlendoodle.com or contact us through the form under “Contact us”.
  • Can I track my order?
    Once your shipment is on its way, an email will be sent to you with details to track your order.
  • Can I return/exchange the items that I have ordered?
    Yes, you can return/exchange the items that you have ordered within 14 days from the receipt of your purchase. Please email us at contact@toddlendoodle.com to make a request.
  • What is the return address?
    Please email us at contact@toddlendoodle.com with your return/exchange request and we will advise you further on the details.
  • How will the refund be made?
    The refund will be made through your original mode of payment (i.e. debit or credit card).
  • Do I have to create an account?
    We recommend creating an account so that you can track your order history and have a more seamless checkout process in future. You will also be added to our mailing list and receive exclusive deals and updates!
  • Can I make orders without creating an account?
    Yes, you can purchase items without creating an account. However, creating an account allows for a quicker and more seamless checkout process when you make future purchases.
  • I would like to make a purchase as a gift for someone. Do you provide gift services?
    Yes, we do! We offer customised gift boxes based on your budget. If you would like us to curate a gift box for you, please email us at contact@toddlendoodle.com or through the form under “Contact us”.
